Senior Dogs & Signs Of Ageing & Arthritis
Nat is a miracle worker!. My beloved ageing pointer was written off as riddled with arthritis but a clear x ray led me to follow a recommendation to visit Nat and thank God I did. After a mere 3 visits she had converted my 9yr old wedding present from yelping in pain when getting out of bed to leaping into the back of my car like a boisterous puppy and running around again on his walks. He could have led a life of little exercise and taking things gently had he not visited Nat but instead he has a life full of adventures and hearty walks ahead of him. Thank You!
Kate Berkley & Humphrey, Berkley & Spetchley Estates, Gloucestershire
Nat has been treating my 13 year old dog for the last 12 months to ease his arthritic joints and muscle spasms. You only have to see his face to see how much he enjoys his treatment. Even my Mum was impressed when she observed one of his treatment sessions and that`s saying something! Nat has significantly helped his mobility and is making his twilight years that much more comfortable. The Canine Massage Centre certainly gets our vote. Sara Leece & Jigsaw, Wolverhampton
Canine massage therapy has worked wonders on my 14 year old Staffie Jane. She suffers from arthritis and can get very stiff and miserable but after her treatment she walks better, is more comfortable and obviously happier. Undoubtedly, Nat has improved the quality of Jane`s life with her monthly sessions. Nat is professional, caring, responsible with a real respect for the individual pet and it`s issues. Jane can be a bit of a grumpy old lady at times, but Nat`s patience and determination to give Jane the best possible treatment shines through. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nat and the Canine Massage Therapy Centre to anyone looking to improve the quality of their pet`s life Mindy & Jane, Dudley
Both Barnaby(our 15yr.old Beardie) and Bramble(our over active Border have benefitted immensely from Nats hands-on treatment. Bramble couldn’t put her leg to the floor and no one could seem to find the reason why. We took her to Nat who immediately was able to identify the problem and worked on the area. Bramble can now use her leg normally and doesn’t need any medication as the problem has been sorted. She certainly knows how to react to what the dogs want.Would and have recommended her services to any dog owner. Edward Merrit & Bramble, Kidderminster
We first met Natty with Harry, our elderly GSD who at the age of 14 was still getting around well but, like most of us, wasn`t quite as nimble on his pins as he used to be! We booked his first session as a Birthday treat! Well, I wouldn`t complain if someone booked me a massage for mine! Natty connected really well with Harry and he obviously enjoyed his ongoing treatments and benefitted from the results. Natty has a gift for working with dogs and I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend her services. Do your dog a favour and give it a try! Lisa & Harry, Dudley
Natalie works wonders with Henry our retired greyhound and he was lucky enough to appear on BBC News with her too! A lean, ex-racing machine, he really enjoys the regular "tune-ups" that keep this old classic running beautifully. Thanks Natalie!!! Cathryn Thorpe & Henry, Kinver
I will always be grateful to Nat for her help and genuine concern for my old dog Ellie. Without her empathy and fantastic work my dog would not be as happy and well as she is today. She can get up and down easier and is now even jumping up onto the sofa to reclaim her spot! She is finding going for walks not only easier but is enjoying them much more because of the massage. Thank you soooo much Nat. Top paw marks for Nat, her work and most definitely value for money. Nikki & Ellie, Dudley
I take my 13yr old Labrador Cross, Penny, to Natalie at the CMTC as she suffers from general old age related stiffness etc. This morning she was in a very bad way, barely able to use her back legs, Natalie came out at a moment’s notice and worked her magic and within half an hour she was back to her old lively self again! Nat is lovely with all of my dogs and I would recommend her to all my friends and family for their pets to! Holly Davies & Penny, Stourport
My dog has suffered with stiffness in his legs and shoulders for years at the ripe old age of 14 it is to be expected, one session with Natalie and he was like a different dog, running around like a spring lamb, plenty of life in him now and he is much happier.
I have only recently found out about Natalie and the great work she does, Arnie has been to see her twice and i am really pleased at the results. Natalie is so enthusiastic about what she does and it is obvious to all that she has a real passion for her job. Arnie is loads better already and is no longer in discomfort didnt realise how uncomfortable he was until i saw the difference after only two full massages. Pauline Tromans & Arnie, Kidderminster
Natalie`s love of dogs shows by the way she talks to and handles them. My Harvey is 12 and loves being handled and made a fuss of so gets the most from his massage treatments to the point of being so relaxed he doesn`t want to roll over to his other side during his massage session. I`ve noticed how he has benefitted from his massages and so have friends. He has a real spring in his step and moves better than dogs half his age. The massage undoubtedly benefits him; he moves freer, his stiffness is gone and it helps him to cope with arthritis, it also lets him go on long walks and he still plays up his 2 pals who are nearly half his age, long may it last! Thank you Natalie from Linda Shingleton and Harvey Hound, Kidderminster
Natalie has been super with my 2 oldies who are suffering from arthritis and the results are noticeable to say the least. In particular my one girl is scared of people she does not know and Natalie has been very patient in gaining her confidence. Yvonne Goode & The Tribe! , Bromsgrove

Nat worked on my little Cocker Spaniel before we competed at Crufts. Thanks loads, we had a great result. She also gave Fizz a full massage 3 weeks before the big event which helped relax her and ensure she was 100% fit. My other dogs have also been seen by her and thoroughly enjoy their treatments. All the dogs adore Nat and we think she does a super, professional job. Lesley & Fizz
Thor is now jumping much better after just one visit. Excellent service, excellent result , knowledgeable, professional, highly recommended Andy & Helen Brown & Skye & Thor
Natty has massaged two of dogs, and I was really pleased with how she handled the dogs, and the results she achieved as my young dog Mookie had been limping around which she managed to stop in just a couple of sessions. I also attended one of her workshops, and got a lot from it.I massage the dogs regularly, and they love it. Nicky Flynn & Mookie, St Albans, Herts
Natty is great with my rescue Collie who competes in agility. Holly not only loves visiting but relaxes with Natalie`s hands working their magic straight away after some loving Holly hugs and kisses..! Holly works hard for me so she deserves the magic hands treatment, she always leaves relaxed and striding out a lot smoother, thanks Nat x Sam Clarke & Holly, Peterborough
Nat has been brilliant with my agility dog Finn, he had a major problem with his shoulder last year which she sorted out wonderfully and we have had no relapses which is even better!. He loves going to see his `Auntie Nat` and is so relaxed with his treatment he almost goes to sleep. Pauline Jackson & Finn, Worcestershire
After chasing a ball my Standard poodle started to limp and cry and after a vet consultation and x rays we were told she had soft tissue damage. He prescribed rest and pain killers which didn’t seem to touch her. I contacted k9 massage and after one treatment with Natalie, who picked up a massive and previously undetected muscle spasm in Jade`s neck, she was well on her way to recovery and after her second session any signs of lameness had incredibly disappeared! As Jade is an agility dog we still see Natalie for regular sessions to keep her on form. Jade was able to stop all pain killers and was soon on top form again. It was the best thing we did and we are so grateful to Natalie and K9 massage, and I know Jade would recommend them to anyone! Jade is just about to have a session with Natalie as I type. Tina Stockton & Jade, Birmingham
Alex loved his massage with Natalie. Normally he screams before he is touched but not so with Natalie, she really won him over and he enjoyed his massages and really benefitted from them. Alex competed at Crufts in the Mini Agility Team and Nat was there to warm him up and cool him down and the team came 3rd in the finals! What a result especially as Alex is 11 years old. He would certainly give Natalie 5 star rating! Thank you Lynda Stangleton and Alex , Banbury
I took my Min. Poodle to Nat just before competing in agility at Crufts. She was very professional and friendly and had a good understanding with the dogs, making them feel calm and relaxed. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends. Cheryl & Mischu, Oxford
I took my agility dog to CMTC as the vet had no idea what was wrong with him, he kept hopping and skipping on his back legs. Natalie has done wonders for my Harvey, it has given him more energy, and he is lot happier than he has been in a long time and his movement is now miles better! Thanks to Natalie Harvey has been kept away from the dark side! Zoe & Harvey, Halesowen
Natalie has such an affinity with her patients it was a joy to watch her working - she worked so hard on my agility dog, who has problems with his elbow, and I could really see the difference and the difference showed in his performance too!
Natalie has worked on Dax and more recently Maggot. Maggot had a ruptured cruciate and Nat helped us get to Crufts - couldn`t have done it without her. She also helped me compete with Dax at Olympia. My dogs go a couple of times a year just for a check up and of course if there is a problem! Nat is great with the dogs and certainly knows her stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Big thank you for all the work you have done on my boys and see you soon. Gill Zuczkowska, Dax & Maggot, Rugby, Warwickshire
I took my dogs to the Canine Massage Therapy Centre for a basic check up, as they are active dogs who compete regularly in agility trials. Natalie was brilliant with the dogs, even my `scared of everything` dog soon settled to the gentle massaging strokes. I was amazed when I was asked if my other dog had ever damaged her tail as the muscle at the base was slightly damaged....yes, she had - it had been caught up in some wet weave poles. At the end of the session I was shown how to carry out some basic massage techniques on my dogs to help their muscles work best and also to strengthen the tail muscle. Absolutely brilliant. Mandy Melville-Love
I have taken my border collie to Nat for a check over as he does flyball and agility. Not well know for keeping still, he quickly fell in love with Nat, had a fab time, had his sore muscles sorted and was so so quiet for her. A lovely lady with both dogs and owners and I cannot recommend her enough. Lisa Smith & Jake, West Midlands
Soft Tissue Injuries
I live in Brighton but travelled up to Kidderminster so natty could treat my beloved Monty as I only felt I could trust her. I had tried another massage therapist in Brighton but they weren’t able to do the trick. After just one session with Nat, Monty was putting his leg back to the floor and after the third session was a changed dog thanks to the advice and treatments by Nat. THANK YOU it was worth the drive! Lisa Kewell & Monty, Brighton
Natty has been massaging my two dogs Fred and Barney three years. Fred being the athlete of the two always pulling muscles and hurting himself, Natty comes to his rescue and after his massage always looks and feels better with obvious improvements. We would not be without her skills, advice and guidance, we would and have recommended natty to friends and fellow pet owners, all of whom are grateful for her help. Shaz & Harry Cunningham & Fred & Barney, Bromsgrove
We found Natalie about two years ago and she was both helpful in her advice and wonderful with my rescue dog. She has a wonderful way with the dogs, and is both a friend and therapist to them, approaching them in a way applicable to each dog and thier problems. Her massage therapy helped to calm my dog and with her advise we now have a much happier dog and with time and effort from both of us we now have a nice `family` dog. When Natalie first met him he was explosive with excitement and would not allow his legs or paws to be touched. I am now able to check his paws and touch and groom his legs. Natalie is not just a canine massage therapist - she has an excellent knowledge of other therapies and a great source of information. I know we would not have progressed as well without her help and advice. Lorraine & Sabre, Dudley
Stresses and Strains Of Everyday Activity
Our ageing German Shepherd became poorly last autumn: she was limping, she couldn`t get up or down stairs and would often collapse as her back legs were weak and poorly. I saw Natalie`s therapy on TV and googled for her company, although I didn`t really think it would actually help because vets & medicines had failed to make a difference. But we saw significant improvement after the very 1st treatment with Natalie!
After course of 3 treatments now four months ago she`s doing really well: she has no signs of illness and she seems to think she`s in full health ;) Ally doesn`t seem to be in any pain what so ever. We are very pleased for Natalie`s advice on supplements & food, and the massage in particular. Canine Massage Therapy Centre is very pet friendly and the service provided is professional, good value for money and at least for us - it`s really made the difference.
We thought we have to put our dog to sleep because she really was suffering, but thanks to Canine Massage Therapy, she`s full of life and a very happy dog again :) Minna Schulz & Ally, Manchester
Natalie has been so helpful with my dog Kipp. Every time we have an appointment with Natalie, he is so vocal in seeing her and so happy and know he`s in for an hours worth of spoiling time. By the time I come to pick him up he is able to move and walk much more easily. More than that he is happy and I wouldn`t know what to do without Natalie.. She has given my dog a new lease of life and I would highly recommend her to anyone who`s dog is in need of help. Beth Sawaki & Kipp, Kidderminster
Natalie has given my 11 year old collie cross dog Murphy a new lease of life. A couple of years ago on holiday he couldn’t even do a 5 minute walk, on last years holiday after his course of massage treatments with Nat he was able to do full country walks and was able to run around and enjoy the beach! I cant wait for this years holiday! I would thoroughly recommend her to any dog owner. Murphy was also the star of an article on the CMTC and even appeared on the front page of the Express & Star! What a poser! Rachel & Murphy, Wolverhampton
Natalie is helping with our rescue dog Harvey. She is very helpful, professional and caring. We attended one of her courses and found it very helpful. Highly recommend anyone using her. Fiona Jenkins & Harvey
Nat has made a huge difference to our little dog who was having problems moving about to the extent he no longer enjoyed walks. After a few sessions, mobility improved considerably and little Bod now looks forward to going out to the park. The massages and contact with Natalie has also improved his anxiousness towards strangers. I highly recommend Natalie, who always works hard for the dogs and their owners. Laura Lowe & Bod, Halesowen
Brilliant work Nat my dog loves what you do. She is so much happier when you have worked on her. Jean Willowcott, Worcestershire
My cocker spaniels love to see Natalie and all three have benefited from their treatments over the last 18 months or so. The eldest was overweight and content to plod along and whilst the vets wanted to put him on a "Special" diet, Nat found trapped muscles were the problem, his increased activity as a result soon lost the weight and he is now a happier dog. Jenny Oliver & Jasper, Kidderminster
We have a Dalmatian max who spent 3 months in a crate as a result of a disc injury. When he started walking again he had a lot of problems with fatigue and stiffness which Natalie was able to alleviate and speed up his recovery time. Without her help Max`s recovery would have been far longer and more painful both I and Max owe Natalie a lot; I recommend her to all of the dog people I know as this type of therapy can benefit so many dogs in so many different ways. Paul Harrison & Max, Kidderminster

Natalie enabled me to make my King Charles Spaniel a UK Champion, French Champion and an International Champion by getting him back to full health and fantastic movement after he wrenched himself by getting friendly with one of the girls! Thanks Nat! Mea Askins & Sam, Bromsgrove
I live in Scotland and had serious concerns about a very special puppy bitch`s front movement. This was a puppy I had bred and considered to be a promising show prospect. I did some research on line and found Natalie`s details. I called her and she spent 45 minutes on the telephone just talking through the issues. At the end of the conversation I was convinced that Natalie could help. We spent one day for each of the next 3 weeks travelling from Glasgow to Kidderminster in Worcesteshire but it all was worthwhile. Last year at Crufts Natalie gave her a ringside massage and she went in later to win the best special puppy class. This year at Crufts, she won her 3rd CC and became a Champion. She was just 22 months old! It is all thanks to the Canine Massage Therapy Centre and now I am proud to say she is an International Champion!. I know the treatment that she received and the information and instructions I was given to maintain her soundness have been the foundations to success and more importantly, her good health and painless very active lifestyle. Jan Tullis & Poppy, Scotland
Natalie was our life saver when our Ebony got injured after initial vets consult she was still lame after painkillers and normal veterinary treatment. We just weren’t getting anywhere and she was still lame .and we didnt know where to turn Natalie believed in Ebony getting back to full health and with no signs of lameness and she has. We cant thank or recommend Natalie enough. She is great and we loved seeing Ebony as the star of Natalies column in Our Dogs national dog newspaper! Di & Paul Stilgoe & Ebony, Worcestershire
Natalie treated our Bearded Collie when he had problems with movement. Her knowledge of her subject, rapport with the dog and professionalism was second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with a dog with physical problems.
Chris and Tony Burscough and "Patrick", Wales
Very friendly with the dogs and owners also gives you helpful advice for the owner too help, tells you what she has done and is Great value, Nat`s always happy to welcome you back. Mike & Annie, Tewkesbury
Nat is always friendly and helpful, as well as being calm and patient with the dogs. She has now treated two of my dogs with fantastic results. My one Ridgeback has been totally transformed by the treatment she had. Nat was recommended to me by a friend and I in turn have no hesitation in recommending her to others. Helen Mansfield & Bethra, Malvern, Worcs
Nat is very friendly, and caring, although my Doberman dog was a bit of a handful for her she cracked him eventually :-)She now writes for one of the top dog papers so that kind of speaks for itself. Well done Nat, and good luck... Kim, Alan and of course Wesley, West Midlands
Hip Dysplasia
Natalie has really helped my border collie, Freddie who has Hip Dysplasia. We were told that Freddie would need Hip Replacement and we were devastated. We had our course of 3 treatments and in that time his mobility improved a hundred fold. He went from not even wanting to go for a walk and being scared to enjoying normal balanced exercise again. Whats more he now doesn’t need the operation! Even our vet is astounded at how he had improved since his massage sessions! He loves to see her and I know I can trust her with him. He stopped walking before we went to Natalie and wouldn’t even go off the drive- now he walks anywhere and everywhere!!!!! Elaine Elwell & Freddie, West Midlands
Nat has given my poor lurcher a new lease of life. He suffered for so long with his hip dysplasia but now is supported by nat through her massage techniques. Nuggett is really thankful and so am I. Very knowledgeable and professional but down to earth. Thanks Nat! Holly Loughton & Nugget, Worcester
Cruciate Ligament Pre & Post Op Care
Natalie has been brilliant with our staffy cross, Harry. He had a cruciate op done and would not weight bear and was constantly carrying the bad leg off the floor so much so that the leg had massively wasted away.. He was extremely depressed and off his food and couldn’t go for walks. We had tried everything and nothing seemed to work.. we then found the CMTC. After the first session with Natalie Harry was walking..it was like a miracle.. one we will never forget. Over the next month we were given specific instructions to follow to aid his recovery and it really worked! He is now like a completely different dog, a happy one that can go on normal walks with the rest of the pack and he is now using his leg completely normally and all of his muscles have been built back up. AMAZING! Emily & Harry, Malvern
Workshops
Hello Natalie
First of all thank you for a brilliant day, I have not felt that relaxed for a long while, (yes- I know it was for the dog) Well what can I say WOW! what a difference a day can make. What did you say about her sleeping, no chance, got up without my help and was off for a walk milled around me all Monday morning, did finally go to sleep after her walk in the afternoon. We then went on holiday to our caravan in Wales and she really was brilliant - actually chasing rabbits, to the extent that I had to run after her to bring her back. We went to the coast and she was in the water chasing the sticks we were throwing for the other dogs, which she has not bothered about for a good while. The day after I expected her to be very stiff, she wasn`t, but I had a practice at the massage again just in case. I am really pleased I cannot believe the difference. Thank You.

K9 Massage For Agility & Sport
‘If you do agility or fly ball and want to look after your canine athlete then this course is a must. You get ‘hands on’ straight away and Natalie has structured the course in a logical manner so you remember everything! My agility dog is now reaping the rewards of canine massage and I am far more aware of the clues a dog may give when they are sore or pick up an agility related injury.’ Ruth McGill & Kimba
Only recently discovered Natalie, what a find ! her massage course was truly inspirational her empathy with the dogs was so genuine as was her patience with the owners. Nothing was too much trouble and further advice is only ever an email away. Her skills are enviable but her enthusiasm and genuine desire to improve the quality of their lives sets a benchmark in my book. Natalie is clearly passionate about her craft and profits appear to be second to the animals welfare - what a novelty in this day and age. Her desire to promote the benefits of massage will certainly help improve the quality of life for many working / competition dogs and hopefully dogs generally. Would highly recommend the massage course as value for money and informative but is a laid back and friendly manner. Well done Nat! Love Bev & Dino, Cardiff
Disabled
Professional, friendly service and above all in the case of my disabled dog Sox, very effective therapy which puts a spring back into her step. Sox cant use her front right leg due to nerve damage sustained after she tried to run up a tree after a squirrel! This means that she puts a lot of stress on the rest of her body and sometimes her whole body will go rock hard and she cant move, but Nat always puts her right so she can enjoy normal walks and exercise. We wouldn’t be without her continued support and I know that Sox enjoys a great quality of life with regular visits from Nat. Well worth a try!!! Di & Sox, Kidderminster
Luxating Patella
I was absolutely devastated when my vet told me my 18 month Cavalier Spaniel Rosie had luxating patella, as an ex nurse who used to work in anaesthetics I know the impact that these sorts of operations have and I wanted her well but didn’t want the operation.
I tried Natalie on the recommendation of a friend and amazingly she was able to stop Rosie’s kneecap from slipping out of place in only 2 sessions! I didn’t know that this type of therapy was suitable for Luxating Patella, I only hope more owners try this before surgery.Rosie no longer shows any signs of luxating patella and isn’t lame and we know if things tighten up again Nat can sort it out non invasively and produce very quick results. We cant thank her enough! Kerry Mahoney & Rosie, Worcestershire
