Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on `Checkout` and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery: Delivery is normally within 28 days HOWEVER, certain specialized items are ordered in on demand and are subject to delay from the manufacturer. See items for special delivery details. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will contact you as soon as your order is received.
If you wish to cancel the order as the expected delivery is unacceptable to you, you should tell us within 7 days of being notified.
Carriage: UK post and package is indicated according to the size and weight of individual items. Overseas customers should select the relevant shipping option when they get to checkout.
Right to Cancel: Under the United Kingdom`s Distance Selling Regulations, (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered, full details can be found here http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm This applies to all of our products.
To cancel an order under the Regulations you must notify us in writing by first-class post, fax, or e-mail, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number.
Our Returns Policy: Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item subject to certain conditions.
Refunds & Exchanges: Where an order has been cancelled because there is an unacceptable delay in being able to fill your order, or where the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, a full refund including your delivery charge will be made unless other items in the order have been retained where only a partial refund will be made (for the returned item) and no delivery refund will be made.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Where you wish to exchange an item, e.g. where a wrong size was ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional postage costs but there may be an additional charge if the replacement item is more expensive. Where the item attracts a lower price, the difference will be refunded to you. This assumes that the item returned is returned by us in the original state.
Privacy Policy Canine Massage do not disclose buyers` information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
