Beginners Meditation 5 Week Course
Earlier in the year I completed the rigorous training with the British School of Meditation to become an accredited Meditation Teacher.  Meditation is the one thing that has provided me with improvements in all areas of my life including work, relationships, mental health and coherence with the dogs I work with and has helped me to find my own strength, balance and truth. My hope is that I will be able to pass this gift on to others.

Online on Zoom

Tuesdays PM  7.30 pm – 8.30 pm

22nd, 29th October, 5th, 12th & 19th November
£47.50 (+ vat) for the 5-week evening course

OR

Fridays AM 7.30 am – 8.30 am

25th October, 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd November
£47.50 (+vat) for the 5-week morning course

More about the course

Whether you are a newcomer to meditation, or someone looking to enrich and refresh their existing meditation practice, this 5 week course has been thoughtfully created by Natalie to help provide you with a set of ancient tools and techniques for the modern mind. With evening and morning courses available there’s something to suit everyone. Please note that the content of each course is the same, just at different times.

During the course you are invited to:

  • Learn the set up for meditation as well as posture variations to support correct practice
  • Experience 8 different types of meditation helping you to better select the right type for you
  • Get to know more around the science and research behind meditation
  • Ask questions, get guidance and advice on the techniques
  • Familiarise yourself with mindfulness techniques that can help you throughout your day
  • Deepen your awareness and understanding of what meditation is NOT to help you achieve a sustainable and compassionate practice

All meditations are recorded and accessible for 12 weeks after the course has finished. You will be provided with a private online school link for access to all of the meditations over the 5 weeks helping you to embed them into your lives and naturalise the practice effortlessly.
